As part of the Human Resources function, the Recruitment team are responsible for implementing a wide variety of recruitment and retention strategies on behalf of Hounslow's schools. In particular the team deals with NQT primary and secondary recruitment, Senior Leadership, School Business Managers, Parent Support Advisors and works with the West London Partnership for the GTP and OTTP.
