HSA Simply Health 
Hounslow Council works with HSA Simply Health, one of the UK’s leading providers of health plans for families, individuals and employees, to introduce everyday healthcare plans to its staff.
HSA Simply Health is a mutual, non-profit making organisation and makes donations to healthcare related charities and community-based projects. It provides health cash plans for a variety of healthcare costs including dental and optical charges, consultation fees, hospital stays and a wide range of therapeutic treatments.
A fixed monthly payment means you can receive tax-free cash benefits as and when needed towards a wide range of check-ups and treatments, up to an annual entitlement. Busy Bees Child Care Vouchers
'Salary Sacrifice' is a scheme currently offered to all London Borough of Hounslow employees enabling them to take advantage of certain benefits with payment directly from their monthly salaries.
BusyBees is the Council’s Childcare Voucher provider. LBH Staff can sign up to BusyBees by using the Salary Sacrifice scheme. These Vouchers can be used to pay for most types of childcare for children up to age 16 years and, as they are non taxable and exempt from national insurance contributions, can provide staff with genuine financial benefit.
The scheme is available to both male and female employees. It is not restricted to one parent so if both parents work for London Borough of Hounslow, they may double their opportunity to benefit. (Children do not have to be in Busy Bees Childcare to receive vouchers)

Corporate Membership Leisure Card
For a monthly fee of £31.30 and a no minimum term contract, staff are able join the corporate membership with Fusion Lifestyle within Hounslow or also obtain a corporate discount on the UK wide www.ukfitnessnetwork.org membership*.
The membership enables Hounslow employees to use facilities at any of the Borough's 6 Leisure Centres www.hounslow-leisure.com; including great gym facilities and fitness instruction, swimming, sauna, squash, badminton and other sports and classes. Other benefits include priority booking of courses and Playschemes**
Staff who take out an annual membership will also profit from 12 months for the price of 11.
The scheme is open to all permanent employees of the Council and temporary staff on contracts lasting a further 3 months or more***

Hounslow Council's Confidential Employee Counselling Service is available to all Council employees who wish to talk to a Counsellor in confidence about personal or work related concerns. Gold's Gym 
The Teacher Recruitment team and Gold's Gym on Lampton Road, Hounslow have come together to offer Hounslow School staff a corporate discount on membership. Normally £59.00 per month, staff who work in our schools can now sign up to Gold's Gym for only £39.00 per month. There is no additional joining or admin fee and membership includes access to all the gym's facilities and classes, including swimming pool and sauna open from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm. This is a 12 month contract on a corporate basis and any staff members already members of the gym can also change their membership to this scheme.
